Please find below few steps before you make an order with us.
Step 1: Select your desired products in Enquiry Cart
You can directly open the product which you want to buy and click on the Make an Enquiry button and submit your inquiry to us along with your contact details. Another option is to click on the wishlist button and then submit your requirements altogether by clicking on the Enquiry Cart option. If you do not find your desired order items at our website you can also email us your specific order.
Step 2: Order Confirmation and Pre-Invoice
After receiving your order we will check the availability of your desired items and send you an email for an order confirmation with a Performa Invoice of your order.
Step 3: Making the Payment
After receiving your confirmation, you can directly pay through PayPal or contact us for any other mode of payment and we will forward you the details.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation & Order Processing
After receiving your payment confirmation we will forward your order to our manufacturing department and we will start working on your order.
Step 5: Parcel Dispatch, Final Invoice & Tracking ID
After processing your order we will start the packaging of your parcel and ship it to you as per your desired method (Indian Speed Post Services, UPS, Air and Sea Cargo). After dispatching your parcel we will send you an email with the Final Invoice and the Tracking ID of your parcel.
